What to expect from this blog

Hi my names Byron Morrison, author of the upcoming book ‘Become a better you’ and founder of Tailored Lifestyles. Thanks for stopping by our new blog! I established Tailored Lifestyles with the simple goal of helping as many people as possible live healthier and happier lives. So with that being said this blog will be acting as a resource covering a range of topics on how to improve your health and wellbeing.

The reality is everyones different, from their wants, goals, needs and abilities, which is why traditional methods of dieting and one size fits all fitness plans simply don’t work.

So as an introduction I thought I’d post a brief explanation covering the purpose of the site and what you can expect. Every week new content will be posted covering everything from nutrition to fitness, improving your mind-set, managing stress as well as ways to properly rest and recover. On top of that there will also be a variety of recipes that are not only nutritious, but also most importantly delicious.
