Podcast: Why just losing weight won’t make you happy

While there’s no denying that losing weight will make you happier, improving your confidence, health and how you feel about yourself, we often use weight as a barrier to hold ourselves back from living the life that we want, hiding behind it instead of facing our fears, doubts and beliefs that hold us back.

This is still one of my favourite interviews to date, as it dives deep into the mindset of using weight as a barrier to avoiding going out, seeing friends, trying new experiences and truly living life.
