It’s Monday morning and after 3 alarms, you finally drag yourself out of bed.

You feel tired, like you barely slept and with no real enthusiasm for the day ahead.

You check your phone and the client demands are piling up. A project is late, someone made a mistake and you’re already being dragged into fixing problems that shouldn’t be yours.

You can tell it’s already going to be one of those days.

This wasn’t the way you thought life would turn out when you started your business.

You were once full of passion and excited by your work, yet now…you feel empty, and no matter what you achieve or what target you hit…

You still feel numb, as you’re trapped going through the motions and in a cycle where everything feels the same.

Here’s the truth.

And all of these challenges, setbacks and conflicts stack on top, pushing you to your absolute limit, till eventually you find yourself over the edge, crying in your car outside the supermarket as they were sold out of your favourite toilet paper.

This is why instead of going through life responding to everything thrown at you.
