I want you to know, it’s not your fault.

You see, the problem is your brains been programmed in a way that it wants to survive, it doesn’t want to thrive, it wants to keep everything the same.

The same amount of relationships. The same amount of weight on your body. The same amount of wealth. The same amount of happiness.

It wants to keep everything the same. Why?

Because everything in your past, has been survived, meaning it’s far safer than anything new.

Think about it. Everything you want to do, change or achieve is all new, meaning it’s an inherent risk.

That’s why whenever you try to move forward, your brain sabotages you from within by filling your head with all these doubts, fears and negative thoughts.

How it works

Taking back control of your life is about so much more than just what you eat, positive thinking and exercise.

Instead to get lasting changes you have to focus on the 3 pillars of success:

Pillar 1: Thoughts

Using the STR Method (Subconscious Thought Reconstruction) to reverse the beliefs and stories in your head. So that you can silence that voice that fills your head with negative thoughts, empowering you to let go of the past, overcome your fears, unlock your inner motivation and regain your self-belief.

Pillar 2: Focus

Shifting your focus from the past, to the future, uncovering your reason for being alive and building a base of positivity, gratitude and self-awareness.

Pillar 3: Behaviours

Building a foundation of healthy habits that reduce the stress and overwhelm of making changes, all while moving you towards the person you want to become

Now where most people go wrong, is they only focus on one of the pillars..

For instance healthy eating to lose weight or exercise to get in shape.

And while it works for a while, eventually the thoughts fills them with doubts about whether they can do it and they lose motivation. Or their focus shifts to what they have to give up (like how they can’t have that piece of cake), till eventually it tears them apart, they go on an all out binge and sabotage themselves. giving up.

Or on the other side of that focusing on positive thinking to help with low mood.

While this helps for a while, it’s a conscious action doing nothing to reprogramme the unconscious mind or take action on new behaviours. So as soon as they face a set back, they sink into their old way of thinking.

These approaches are basically like putting a piece of duct tape over a hole in a leaking bucket.

It works for a while, but eventually the pressure gets too much, it burst and falls apart.

Leaving you to feel like you’re not good enough, you can never stick to anything and you’re a failure, when you were destined to fail from the start, as they don’t tackle the core of the problem.

Which is why without all 3 Pillars to retrain your brain, no changes you make will ever last long-term..

The first thing we’ll do is get you clear on the person you want to become, mapping our your goals and reverse engineering it so that we know exactly what needs to happen over the next 12 weeks to close the gap.

As far as the level of support, again it comes down to what you need to achieve your goals.

Generally it tends to be focused on 1 coaching call a week, with additional as and when needed, along with daily check-ins for accountability and support.

We’ll use a combination of mindset and lifestyle coaching, using NLP and behaviour change coaching, tailored diet, fitness and nutrition plans, along with whatever else you need.
