Before any real change can happen you firstly need to have a honest reflection about who you are and what areas in your life you are stuck or feeling unfulfilled.
That’s why I want you to set aside some time to complete two tasks before starting phase one of this programme.
The first is an honest self reflection to see where you are right now mentally, physically and emotionally. The point of this exercise is not to get down on the present, and instead is to uncover where your focus needs to be applied moving towards the future.
The second is to list down everything you like about yourself. I want you to keep this list, and read it to yourself every morning when you wake up.
