When Andrea followed this approached she found herself again. She was able to face her fears, stop locking herself away, advance in her career, move on from her marriage, start dating again and even lost over 62 pounds! She gained the confidence to create the future she always wanted.
Debbie had spent most of her life bouncing around from one diet to another, food controlled her life and she had settled for the life she felt she had to live. She was ‘alive’, but she wasn’t living. Now she is in control the person she wants to be, is a better role model for her family, and finally happy within herself.
Dawn was able to stop feeling negative about herself, accept herself for who she was and finally start letting go of a past of abuse that was still affecting her today. She gained a confidence she never had before and was finally able to start living for herself.

You’ll start focusing on fuelling your body with what it needs, revitalising how you feel mentally, physically and emotionally.
Your past doesn’t have to define your future and here you will uncover how to let go of what’s happened, stop blaming yourself and overcome the beliefs and fears that are holding you back.
You’ll learn to accept yourself for who you are, seeing that you aren’t a failure, you are good enough and that you deserve to be happy, as you start moving on with your life.
Now that you are clear on the person you want to become, here you will start tailoring your journey around you. You’ll set your own goals, put together a plan to move forward in all areas of your life, find ways to get round the barrier of time and step by step start moving towards the person you want to become.
You’ll break it down into small steps, that aren’t daunting, overwhelming, or making your journey anymore stressful than it needs to be.
Here you will get to the core of why you eat the way you do, improving your relationships with food, becoming more mindful of your eating habits, finding what triggers comfort or emotional eating and getting a shift that breaks the control food has over you.
You’ll work out why you have struggled with what you ate in the past and how to break the cycle you’ve got stuck in.
A big part of improving your health and finding your inner happiness is balance, which is why the final step is all about making sure you aren’t burning the candle at both ends, teaching you how to manage stress, improve sleep and deal with conflict.
As part of this programme you will also get LIFETIME access to our Facebook community, where you’ll join a team of like minded women on similar journeys.
Here you’ll be kept consistent and accountable every step of the way, as you can share you story, get support, make friends, share recipes and have access to Byron for any questions or assistance that you need.
